The process of separating condensate and air in the cold dryer starts after the compressed air enters. Since the precooler and the evaporator are equipped with multiple water diversion baffles, the steam-water separation process is particularly strong. Most of the water mist gathers into water droplets and falls to the bottom of the container and is finally discharged out of the machine by the automatic drain. However, the finer water mist particles, especially the suspended water mist particles behind the last baffle, still have a chance to enter the exhaust channel. If it is not blocked, this part of the small condensed water enters the pre-cooler with the air, it will heat up and evaporate inside the pre-cooler, and it will be reduced to water vapor, and then mixed into the compressed air to increase its dew point.
