The gas turbine has a pressure return filter element, which is pressurized and filtered. The filter material is glass fiber filter material, which is resistant to high pressure and corrosion.

Install the filter. Clean the threaded connection surface of all pipes. Use pipe sealant or Teflon tape (polytetrafluoroethylene) in an appropriate amount. The end thread is not processed to avoid the sealant or Teflon tape from entering the piping system.

The filter can be installed horizontally or vertically downward. When installing 1-1/4” (DN32) or large diameter socket welding filters or all D series filters, it should be noted that the gaskets of this type of filter are non-metallic and are easily damaged by overheating. Therefore, it should be shortened Welding time, and cooling the filter after welding is completed.

If you need to preheat before welding or continue to heat after welding (D series filter), it is recommended to remove the gasket before heating.
