Operation and use of multi-column self-cleaning filter:

When the power of the filter electric control cabinet is turned on, the system enters different working states according to the position of the manual/automatic selection switch. According to the actual needs of production, the filter system has the following two operating conditions:

Timed automatic self-cleaning

When the manual/automatic selection switch is turned to the automatic position, the filter is controlled to start according to the set time

The interval of automatic cleaning is 1 minute to one hour (set according to the actual situation of debugging), open the drain valve, the time interval can be adjusted, and the opening time can be adjusted each time. The filter is automatically cleaned and a status signal is output. When the flushing set time is in place, close the drain valve and the cleaning work is over

Manual manual cleaning

When the manual/automatic selection switch is turned to the manual position, manual manual cleaning will start. Press the open button, the filter enters the manual cleaning state. Press the blowdown valve open button to start blowdown, and then the system will switch to manual filtration state. The manual cleaning time is determined according to the filtrate, and the pressure difference returns to normal after cleaning. Press the stop button of the drain valve to end manual cleaning
