The working principle and function of a precision filter are largely determined by its filter element. So, when the filter element on the precision filter has a problem or does not work smoothly, how to replace the filter element?
Replacement steps of the precision filter element:
Stop the machine and remove the upper manhole cover; tighten the pressure nut of the filter element, remove the pressure plate, remove the filter element, and rinse the equipment with water; clean the upper and lower positioning loops at both ends of the filter, wash with water and insert the two ends of the new filter;
Insert one end of the new filter element with the lower positioning ring into the hole of the perforated plate;
Using the tie rod as the axis, insert the pressure plate, insert the upper positioning ring of the filter element into the corresponding pressure plate hole, and tighten the pressure nut; after the filter element is installed, install the upper manhole cover, and start watering;
Open the water inlet valve and the exhaust valve. When the water is full of the equipment, open the purification valve and close the exhaust valve to observe the discharge of the clean effluent. After the water has no white bubbles, it can operate normally.
Precautions for replacement of precision filter element:
1. The filter element is not only a core component, but also a vulnerable component, which requires special protection.
2. Pay special attention to the cleaning of the filter element during the cleaning process, and do not deform or damage it, otherwise it will reduce the filtration accuracy and fail to meet the production requirements.
3. If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
4. Some precision filter elements cannot be used repeatedly, such as bag filter elements and polypropylene filter elements.
