A machine usually consists of three basic parts: power machine, reducer device and working mechanism. In addition, depending on the working requirements of the machine, there may be an inclination control system and auxiliary systems such as lubrication and lighting. The mechanical reducer device refers to an intermediate device that mechanically transfers the mechanical energy generated by the power machine to the working mechanism. The mechanical reducer device can play the following functions respectively:
1) Change the output speed of the power machine to suit the work needs of the working mechanism;
2) Change the torque output by the power machine to meet the requirements of the working mechanism;
3) Convert the form of motion output by the power machine into the form of motion required by the working mechanism.
