Installing a certain precision oil filter in the system is a necessary means to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. In addition to high filtration accuracy, precision instruments generally require both inlet and return oil to be filtered, so that both the oil suction and return pressures are high. Because Jining crane valves and hydraulic parts have strong anti-pollution capabilities, only return oil filters are used. . The general oil return filter is a line-gap oil filter. Steel wire or aluminum wire is tightly wound on the outside of the cylindrical frame to form a filter element, and the small gap between the copper wires is used to filter out the impurities mixed in the liquid. Its structure is simple, the flow capacity is large, and the filtering accuracy is higher than that of the mesh type oil filter, but it is not easy to clean, and it is mostly a return oil filter. The low-pressure oil filter on the oil return path of the system can filter out the pollutants before the oil flows into the oil tank, and provide clean oil for the hydraulic pump.
