working principle

Primary filtration:

Cyclone tube type gas-liquid separator: When the liquid-containing gas enters the gas-liquid separator, due to the swirling vortex design in the cyclone tube, the airflow will produce a strong vortex movement, thereby forming a strong centrifugal force, making solid particles and liquid impurities stick to the Cyclone on the wall of the tube.

After the impurities are separated from the airflow, they accumulate in the liquid accumulation area of the container. The pressure loss of the purified gas leaves the cyclone tube separator and enters the next stage of filtration.

Secondary filtration:

Filter element filtration and separation: This stage is composed of several filter elements that can only be replaced or can be cleaned repeatedly.

The type and accuracy grade of this type of filter element should be selected according to the working conditions, its purpose is to remove solid particles, and agglomerate the mist so that the droplets can be removed in the separator to a large extent
