Product description:

This filter is used to filter the oil return of the hydraulic system to filter out the metal particles generated by the wear of the components in the hydraulic system and the rubber impurities of the seals, so that the oil flowing back to the oil tank is kept clean.

The filter is installed on the top of the fuel tank, the cylinder part is immersed in the fuel tank, and is equipped with bypass valve, diffuser, filter element and other devices such as polluting and blocking the indicator. It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient installation, large oil flow capacity, low pressure loss and convenient filter element replacement.

Easy installation and connection, simplifying the system pipeline

The filter is directly installed on the fuel tank cover, the filter head of the filter is exposed outside the fuel tank, the oil return cylinder is immersed in the fuel tank, and the oil inlet is equipped with pipe and flange connection, thus simplifying the system pipeline and making the system The layout is relatively compact, and the installation and connection are more convenient.

Set up filter element pollution indicator and oil circuit bypass valve to improve the reliability of hydraulic system:

When the filter element is blocked by contaminants or the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause the inlet oil pressure to be 0.35MPa, the signalling device will issue a signal indication. The filter element should be replaced in time or the oil temperature should be increased. In this case, if the machine cannot be stopped immediately to deal with these faults, the bypass valve located at the lower part of the filter element will automatically open (the opening pressure of the bypass valve is 0.4MPa) to protect the filter and hydraulic system from working normally.

The design adopts direct return to filter oil, which makes it very convenient to replace the filter element or refuel the fuel tank

Simply unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or add oil to the fuel tank, and there are 2 M18*1.5 oil ports on the filter head, which can be installed on either side or a small amount of oil return in the system Used for fuel tank filtration.

With liquid flow diffuser

The diffuser is arranged at the bottom of the oil return cylinder, which can make the oil return medium flow smoothly into the oil tank, and it is not easy to generate bubbles, thereby reducing the re-entry of air and reducing the disturbance of the deposited pollutants.

The filter element is made of glass fiber filter material

It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtration accuracy, and the filtration ratio is β3.5.10.20≥200, which conforms to ISO standards.
