The filter element of the suction filter adopts threaded connection, which is convenient to connect with the oil pipe in the oil tank. The filter material is stainless steel mesh, and the filtration efficiency is high.

Connect the pipes in the direction indicated by the arrow on the body of the self-cleaning filter, so that the water flow direction is consistent with the arrow on the body.

The self-cleaning filter should be installed in front of the water-using equipment that needs to be protected, and as close as possible to the water-using equipment.

The automatic drain valve connection method is divided into flange and screw thread. The drain pipe should not be too long, preferably not more than 10 meters.

During installation, it should be considered for easy maintenance, shut-off valves should be installed before and after the self-cleaning filter, and bypass pipes should be installed. There should be enough space for maintenance on both sides of the self-cleaning filter, and a space close to the length of the cartridge body should be reserved in the direction of the filter cartridge to replace the filter screen.

The specifications of the self-cleaning filter should match the pipeline or flow. When a single filter cannot meet the system flow requirements, two or more can be connected in parallel to meet the system filtration requirements. When adopting any type of installation, care should be taken to make the outlet direction of the automatic sewage valve horizontal or downward to ensure more thorough sewage discharge.

When the self-cleaning filter is installed outdoors, please pay attention to waterproof and rainproof.
