When it reaches 0.08 to 0.1Mpa, the filter element must be replaced, otherwise the operating cost of the compressor will increase. The structure of the oil and gas separator:

1. Separation part: It is divided into three steps. The first separation part is mainly to divide the oil and gas mixture into gas and liquid. The main separation part is to use the principle of sedimentation separation to separate droplets with a diameter greater than 100um from the gas to a large extent. The demister separation part uses the collision principle to remove oil droplets above 10~30um in diameter

2. Pressure control part: use a self-operated pressure regulating valve to control the internal pressure
3. Liquid level control part: use the floating ball liquid level regulating valve to control the liquid level
4. Heating part: the oil and gas in the liquid part of the separator can be fully separated naturally, and the crude oil with high freezing point will not freeze when the separator is shut down.
