Replace the oil return filter element 01.NL400.10VG.30.S.P of the internormen coal mill in the power plant. It is used in the oil return pipeline system of the oil tank of the hydraulic oil station to filter out impurities in the oil, deep pollution and high filtration efficiency.

The ventilation mesh should be arranged during maintenance; if the filter has a dust collection cup, the dust particles should not exceed 1/3 of the height, otherwise it should be removed in time; the dust collection cup mouth should be tightly sealed, and the rubber seal should not be damaged or thrown away

The oil level of the fine filter should comply with the specifications. Too high will cause the oil to enter the cylinder and deposit carbon; if it is too low, it will reduce the filter function and accelerate its wear.

The metal mesh (wire) in the fine filter is used instead, the hole or wire diameter can only be slightly smaller, and cannot be increased, and the filling volume must not be reduced, otherwise the filter function will be reduced
